  • 2 cups pretzels Choose your favorite type of pretzels, broken into pieces if large.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use semi-sweet, milk, or dark chocolate depending on preference.
  • 1 cup caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade, as preferred.
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt For sprinkling on top.

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pretzels in a single layer on the parchment.

Caramel Preparation

  • Melt the caramel sauce in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.
  • Pour the melted caramel over the pretzels and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Chocolate Melting

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel-covered pretzels.

Final Touches

  • Sprinkle the sea salt over the chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow to set.
  • Once set, break the bark into chunks.
