Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Lion’s Mane mushrooms thickly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or butter
  • 2 tablespoons tamari or coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients and ensure Lion's Mane mushrooms are cleaned and sliced thickly.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add ghee or butter.
  • Carefully place the sliced Lion's Mane mushrooms in the skillet, giving them space to brown.
  • Let the mushrooms cook without stirring for about 5-7 minutes until browned on one side.
  • Flip the mushrooms gently and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until both sides are caramelized.
  • Add tamari or coconut aminos and minced garlic, tossing for about a minute.
  • Season with a pinch of salt to taste and stir to ensure all mushrooms are coated.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
