Lion’s Mane mushrooms
thickly sliced

tablespoons
ghee or butter
2
tablespoons
tamari or coconut aminos

teaspoon
minced garlic
Pinch of salt
Freshly chopped parsley

Instructions
Gather your ingredients and ensure Lion's Mane mushrooms are cleaned and sliced thickly.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add ghee or butter.
Carefully place the sliced Lion's Mane mushrooms in the skillet, giving them space to brown.
Let the mushrooms cook without stirring for about 5-7 minutes until browned on one side.
Flip the mushrooms gently and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until both sides are caramelized.
Add tamari or coconut aminos and minced garlic, tossing for about a minute.
Season with a pinch of salt to taste and stir to ensure all mushrooms are coated.
Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
