thinly sliced sirloin steak or boneless beef chuck roast

beef stock

reduced sodium soy sauce

frozen broccoli florets

Instructions
Slice the beef into thin strips for even cooking.
In a mixing bowl, combine beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended.
Place sliced beef in the crock pot and pour the sauce mixture over it, ensuring all pieces are coated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir into the crock pot to thicken the sauce.
Add frozen broccoli to the pot and cook for another 20-30 minutes until heated through.
Serve over cooked white rice, garnished with sesame seeds or sliced green onions if desired.
