Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large, shallow pan over medium heat. Add diced onion, red chili flakes, and sea salt. Cook until onions turn golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add diced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Incorporate diced tomatoes, water, and dried oregano. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a simmer, cooking for 20-25 minutes until sauce thickens.
In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add mixed seafood and cook for 2 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Remove seafood and rinse with cold water.
In the same pot, cook spaghetti according to package directions, typically about 8-10 minutes.
Drain spaghetti and combine with the thickened sauce, tossing well to coat.
Gently add the cooked seafood into the spaghetti mixture and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
