Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Shake ‘N Bake with the parsley.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over each piece.
Dredge the chicken in the seasoning mix, ensuring it is fully coated.
Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
For extra crispiness, flip the chicken halfway through the baking time.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
