Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Shake ‘N Bake Original (or homemade mix)
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley (dried or fresh)
  • 6 pieces chicken breasts, drums, or thighs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Shake ‘N Bake with the parsley.
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over each piece.
  • Dredge the chicken in the seasoning mix, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • For extra crispiness, flip the chicken halfway through the baking time.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
