Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 1 lbs Chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Plain yogurt

For Serving

  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (for garnishing)
  • to taste Pita bread or rice (optional) For serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breast into uniform cubes for even cooking.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and plain yogurt until smooth.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well, ensuring even coating. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Thread marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through with nice grill marks.
  • Once cooked, remove skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
