Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

salsa

chili powder

cumin

dried oregano

garlic powder
Taco-sized
tortillas
flour or corn
Toppings as desired
shredded cheese
chopped lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped onion, fresh cilantro, avocado, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in a pot, cover with water, and simmer until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes, then shred using two forks.
Return shredded chicken to the pot and mix in salsa, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and garlic powder. Heat for 5 minutes.
Warm tortillas in a pan over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
Assemble tacos by adding the shredded chicken mixture and your favorite toppings to the warm tortillas.
