Instructions
Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Laughing Cow Cream Cheese in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and chicken or vegetable broth to the melted cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a little olive oil and cook the shrimp for about 3 minutes until nearly cooked through.
Pour the creamy sauce into the skillet with the shrimp and stir to combine, heating for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat all the pasta with the sauce and shrimp.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
