lemon zest

fresh parsley leaves

fresh thyme leaves
chopped

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add minced garlic and chili flakes, mixing to combine.
Place shrimp in a resealable freezer bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and shake gently to coat.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
When ready to cook, remove shrimp from marinade and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drizzle reserved marinade over cooked shrimp before serving for extra flavor.

Notes
Store leftover marinade in an airtight container for up to 3 days, but do not reuse on raw proteins.
