Shells removed and deveined (thawed if frozen).

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Unroll the pizza dough onto parchment paper, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning.
Bake the dough for about 5 minutes to start the cooking process.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over it. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Pat the shrimp dry and toss with chili crisp oil. Add the shrimp to the pizza (or wait for wild shrimp until the last 6 minutes of baking).
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-13 minutes until the crust is golden and the shrimp are cooked.
Drizzle hot honey over the pizza after it comes out of the oven, allow it to cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
