Ingredients
  

  • 1 11-inch Pizza Dough Original or thin crust (not pre-cooked).
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 8 oz Low-Moisture Mozzarella Shredded.
  • 1 piece Avocado Diced (optional).
  • 1/2 lb Raw Shrimp Shells removed and deveined (thawed if frozen).
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Crisp Oil Or chili crunch oil.
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Unroll the pizza dough onto parchment paper, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning.
  • Bake the dough for about 5 minutes to start the cooking process.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over it. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Pat the shrimp dry and toss with chili crisp oil. Add the shrimp to the pizza (or wait for wild shrimp until the last 6 minutes of baking).
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-13 minutes until the crust is golden and the shrimp are cooked.
  • Drizzle hot honey over the pizza after it comes out of the oven, allow it to cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
