Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the cilantro and set aside.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the yogurt and mayonnaise to create a creamy base.
  • Add apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Fold in the chopped cilantro gently.
  • Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and uniform.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
