Instructions
In a food processor, combine shrimp, egg white, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Spread a generous layer of the shrimp mixture on one side of each bread triangle, about an inch thick.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the shrimp paste, pressing them down lightly to adhere.
Heat vegetable oil in a medium saucepan until hot. Test by dipping a small piece of bread; it should sizzle.
Carefully place the shrimp-side down bread triangles into the oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and fry the other side.
Drain the fried toasts on kitchen paper or a cooling rack. Serve immediately for the best texture.
