  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pour 1 cup of chicken broth into the slow cooker base.
  • Add soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to the chicken broth; stir gently until combined.
  • Place chicken thighs into the slow cooker, ensuring they are fully coated with the broth mixture. Position bone-in thighs skin-side up for a crispy texture.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker with its lid. Cook on high for about 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked; it should be tender and fall apart easily when pulled with a fork.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
