  • 6 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare your slow cooker.
  • If using fresh corn, cut the kernels off the cob. If using frozen corn, there’s no need to thaw it. For canned corn, drain and rinse it well.

Cooking

  • Add the corn to the slow cooker.
  • Pour in the heavy cream over the corn.
  • Add the butter, sugar, salt, and black pepper, distributing everything evenly.
  • Stir gently to combine without overmixing, retaining the corn's chunky texture.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Before serving, stir to mix thoroughly and ensure the desired creaminess.

Notes
