  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • optional chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth until well combined.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring each piece is well covered.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Finishing Touches

  • Once cooking time is up, shred the chicken using two forks in the gravy.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits.
