  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Adds creamy richness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring all chicken breasts are coated.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on high for about 4 hours or low for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Once the cooking time is complete, shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the slow cooker.
  • Stir in the sour cream and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Serving

  • Serve over cooked rice, mashed potatoes, or warm biscuits.
