Instructions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and onion, stirring frequently for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add frozen vegetables.
Pour in cream of mushroom soup, sprinkle French onion mix, and drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the top. Mix well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH for about 3 hours.
Spread prepared mashed potatoes evenly over the meat and vegetable layer in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 15 minutes.
