  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Ensure it is crisp and dry.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved For a fresh touch.
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adds freshness.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 8 small tortillas Warm before filling.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well coated.
  • Gently fold in the chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes. Be careful not to mash the vegetables.

Cooking the Tortillas

  • Warm the tortillas in a hot skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until they become pliable.

Assembly

  • Scoop a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto each tortilla, distributing it evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over each filled taco and add any optional toppings.
  • Fold the tortillas in half or roll them up, then serve immediately.
