Ingredients
  

For the Wrap

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh or fully thawed frozen shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For marinating shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce, chopped Fresh romaine for crunch
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing For mixing with the lettuce
  • 4 pieces tortillas Soft tortillas for wrapping
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving For garnishing the wraps

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place seasoned shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
  • In another bowl, combine chopped romaine with Caesar dressing and mix well.

Assembly

  • Take a tortilla, add dressed romaine, and top with grilled shrimp.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, then roll the tortilla tightly.
  • Serve immediately for best flavor.
