  • Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Add the pieces of chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded white cheddar until melted and creamy.
  • Add the honey and the cooked pasta, mixing well to coat the pasta in the rich sauce.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
