Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana (frozen and sliced, about 1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup berries (for topping)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter (melted)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients, ensuring the mixed berries and banana are frozen.
  • In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, and almond milk.
  • Blend on medium speed until you reach a thick and creamy consistency.
  • Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well mixed.
  • If too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into bowls and arrange toppings on top.
  • Finish with granola, extra berries, and a drizzle of melted peanut butter.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
