Preparation

  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.

Assembly

  • Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Roll the chocolate-covered marshmallow in crushed graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  • Place the coated marshmallows on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
