  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Decoration

  • Olives or peppercorns for the eyes and buttons For decorating the snowman.
  • Carrot for the nose Insert into the head for character.
  • Crackers for serving Serve alongside the cheese ball.

Preparation

  • Soften the cream cheese to room temperature for easier mixing.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, green onions, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Use a spatula to mix until well combined and smooth.

Shaping

  • Roll a large scoop of the cheese mixture into a big ball for the body.
  • Form a smaller ball from the remaining cheese mixture for the head.
  • Assemble the snowman by placing the larger ball on a platter and the smaller ball on top for the head.

Decorating

  • Place olives or peppercorns on the cheese ball for the snowman's eyes and buttons.
  • Insert a small piece of carrot into the head for the nose.

Serving

  • Serve the Snowman Cheese Ball with assorted crackers.
