Snowman Rice Krispie Treats
Fun and festive treats shaped like snowmen, made with crispy rice cereal, marshmallows, and delightful decorations!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 7 cups Mini Marshmallows Divided
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 8 cups Crisp Rice Cereal
- 2 cups White Baking Chips
- 1/2 cup Black Sugar Pearls For eyes and buttons
- 1/4 cup Carrot Sprinkles Or orange Pez for noses
- 30 pieces Round Peppermint Candies For smiles
- 1/2 cup Red Candy Melts For scarves
- 1 piece Pull and Peel Licorice For earmuffs
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it with nonstick spray.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat.
- Add 6 cups of mini marshmallows to the pot and stir until they are completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually add the crisp rice cereal, folding gently to coat each piece. Then fold in the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan and allow it to set for 30-45 minutes.
- Cut the set mixture into 15 squares for the snowman bases.
- Melt the white baking chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short bursts until smooth.
- Dip the top of each Rice Krispie square into the melted white chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
- Decorate with black sugar pearls for eyes and buttons, a carrot sprinkle for the nose, and two peppermint candies for a smile.
- For the scarf, melt the red candy melts and pipe a scarf shape around each snowman's neck.
- Cut the pull and peel licorice into pieces and attach them as earmuffs.
- Allow the decorations to set before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
