Equipment

  • Oven
  • Large Pot
  • Medium Saucepan
  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing Bowls

Ingredients

  • 4 large Garlic Bread Loaves
  • 1 lb Spaghetti
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Boil salted water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, warm marinara sauce over medium heat. Add cooked spaghetti and stir until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Hollow out the tops of the garlic bread loaves to create bowls, leaving enough bread on the sides to hold the shape.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Brush the mixture inside each garlic bread bowl.
  • Fill each bowl generously with the spaghetti and marinara mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the filled garlic bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
