1jarmarinara pasta sauce(25.5 oz, preferably organic)
1packagepepperoni(6 oz or any preferred toppings)
1cupadditional Cheddar cheese
1cupadditional mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and garlic salt until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the drained spaghetti with the milk and egg mixture. Add 1 cup each of Cheddar and mozzarella cheese, mixing well.
Spread the spaghetti mixture evenly in the greased pan to form a crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the edges are firm and the top is lightly set.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). Spread the marinara sauce over the baked spaghetti crust, layer on your preferred toppings (such as pepperoni), and add the remaining cheeses on top.
Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
Allow the spaghetti pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
