  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese Can adjust to preference.
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled) Adjust quantity for desired heat.
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce. Mix well until smooth.
  • Add the shredded chicken, green onions, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir until fully combined.
  • Fold in the cheddar and pepper jack cheese until well distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
