Ingredients

ice cubes

frozen pineapple chunks

frozen banana slices

diced apple (Fuji, red, or green)

cups
baby spinach
1/2
cup
plain Greek yogurt

cup
unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients.
In your blender, add the ice cubes followed by the frozen pineapple chunks.
Add the frozen banana slices, diced apple, and baby spinach on top.
Scoop in the Greek yogurt and pour in the almond milk.
Cover the blender and blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and blend until smooth (about 15 to 30 seconds more).
If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
