Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup diced apple (Fuji, red, or green)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In your blender, add the ice cubes followed by the frozen pineapple chunks.
  • Add the frozen banana slices, diced apple, and baby spinach on top.
  • Scoop in the Greek yogurt and pour in the almond milk.
  • Cover the blender and blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and blend until smooth (about 15 to 30 seconds more).
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
