A delicious and nutritious overnight oats recipe combining creamy yogurt, fresh strawberries, and rolled oats for a perfect breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats old-fashioned
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk or dairy milk
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt or dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries fresh
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey, agave, etc.
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • optional toppings extra strawberries, yogurt, granola, nut butter

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients and prepare a clean jar or container with a lid.
  • In the jar, combine rolled oats and non-dairy milk.
  • Add non-dairy yogurt, diced strawberries, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Secure the lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, stir the oats. Add a splash of milk if it's too thick, and top with your favorite toppings.
