Cream Mixture

  • 1 cup heavy cream Use cold for best results when whipping.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk Optional to substitute with honey or maple syrup for a lighter version.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional) Make sure it's softened before mixing.

Garnish

  • to taste mint leaves for garnish (optional) Adds a refreshing aroma and vibrant color.

Preparation

  • Rinse the strawberries under cold water, then remove the stems and hulls before slicing them into bite-sized pieces.

Cream Mixture

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until a thick, creamy mixture forms.
  • If using cream cheese, add it now and whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Combine

  • Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the creamy mixture to keep their shape intact.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve

  • Spoon the strawberry and cream mixture into individual serving bowls.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving and Enjoy!
