Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 2 cups Frozen Sliced Strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  • Layer 1 cup of sliced strawberries in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  • Spread the oat mixture evenly over the strawberries.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the oats, ensuring all oats are covered.
  • Top with the remaining cup of sliced strawberries.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
