Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
Layer 1 cup of sliced strawberries in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
Spread the oat mixture evenly over the strawberries.
Pour the wet mixture over the oats, ensuring all oats are covered.
Top with the remaining cup of sliced strawberries.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
