Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Peel the ripe bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the mashed bananas into the wet mixture and stir to combine. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just mixed.
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
