Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries chopped
  • 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Peel the ripe bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the mashed bananas into the wet mixture and stir to combine. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
