Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain or strawberry-flavored
  • 1/2 cup strawberries chopped, fresh
  • 1 large banana chopped, ripe

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the old fashioned oats.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the milk and honey until well combined. Stir in the yogurt.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the oats and stir well to coat evenly.
  • Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and banana until evenly distributed.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to mason jars. Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and add additional toppings if desired before serving.
