Ingredients
  

  • 1 large frozen banana in chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk or your milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder about 25 grams
  • Toppings Fresh strawberry and banana slices

Instructions
 

  • In a high-powered blender, add the chunks of frozen banana.
  • Add the frozen strawberries to the blender.
  • Pour in 1 1/4 cup of almond milk.
  • Add the scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  • Secure the lid and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness with more almond milk or ice as desired.
  • Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is needed, then blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with fresh slices of strawberries and bananas.

Notes
