frozen banana
in chunks
1/2

frozen strawberries
1 1/4
cup
almond milk
or your milk of choice
1
scoop
vanilla protein powder
about 25 grams

Fresh strawberry and banana slices
Instructions
In a high-powered blender, add the chunks of frozen banana.
Add the frozen strawberries to the blender.
Pour in 1 1/4 cup of almond milk.
Add the scoop of vanilla protein powder.
Secure the lid and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness with more almond milk or ice as desired.
Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is needed, then blend again.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with fresh slices of strawberries and bananas.
