Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat them.
  • Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each ball.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and the tops have slight cracks.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
