Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes).
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
Fold in the strawberry jam, crushed strawberry cereal, and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
