  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder Choose high-quality for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Optional for added nutrition.
  • 1 pinch salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond milk Or any milk of your choice.
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup Substitute with honey if preferred.

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Reserve some for topping.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, matcha green tea powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk and maple syrup until well-blended.
  • Gradually pour the almond milk mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring as you combine to avoid lumps.
  • Add the sliced strawberries to the mixture, stirring gently to distribute them evenly.
  • Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers, layering if desired.
  • Seal each jar or container with a lid and place them in the refrigerator. Let them sit overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.

Serving

  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir before serving and top with any additional strawberries or your favorite toppings.
