  • 2 cups cubed pineapple frozen for a thicker smoothie
  • 1 cup coconut milk or orange juice or other non-dairy milk
  • unsweetened shredded coconut flakes for garnish
  • pineapple chunks for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients, ensuring strawberries and pineapple are frozen.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine frozen strawberries, cubed pineapple, and coconut milk or juice.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides if needed.
  • Taste the smoothie and add honey or agave syrup if desired, then blend again briefly.
