Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups milk your choice: dairy, almond, oat, etc.
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Wash and hull the strawberries, discarding the green tops.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine milk, frozen banana, strawberries, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.
  • Blend on high for 60 to 120 seconds until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
  • Taste the smoothie and add sweetener if desired, then blend briefly to combine.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
