banana

fresh strawberries
hulled and sliced

Greek yogurt
plain or flavored

vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients.
Wash and hull the strawberries, discarding the green tops.
In a high-speed blender, combine milk, frozen banana, strawberries, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.
Blend on high for 60 to 120 seconds until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
Taste the smoothie and add sweetener if desired, then blend briefly to combine.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
