(chopped strawberries, desiccated coconut)

Instructions
Chop the strawberries into small pieces. If using frozen strawberries, defrost them quickly in boiling water for about two minutes, then chop.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, rolled oats, milk, yogurt, strawberry jam, and vanilla extract.
Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the oats are well coated and flavors are blended.
Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour, or preferably overnight.
When ready to serve, remove from the fridge. Enjoy cold or warm in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Add toppings as desired.
