Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, strawberry, or vanilla)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup (to adjust sweetness)
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (or fresh with extra ice)
  • 1 ripe banana (adds creaminess and natural sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup ice (to enhance texture)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients on the counter.
  • Break the banana into smaller chunks for easier blending.
  • Add frozen strawberries, banana pieces, Greek yogurt, and milk to the blender.
  • Drizzle in maple syrup or honey for sweetness.
  • Add ice to the mixture and blend on high speed.
  • Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides and ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to two days.
