Instructions
Gather all ingredients on the counter.
Break the banana into smaller chunks for easier blending.
Add frozen strawberries, banana pieces, Greek yogurt, and milk to the blender.
Drizzle in maple syrup or honey for sweetness.
Add ice to the mixture and blend on high speed.
Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides and ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to two days.
