  • ¼ cup granola or oats Toast lightly for added crunch, if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional) Adds nutrition and a slight crunch.
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional) Enhances presentation and flavor.

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems and hulls, then slice them into smaller pieces.
  • In a bowl, add your yogurt. If using plain yogurt, mix in honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt, reserving some for garnish if desired.
  • Sprinkle granola or oats over the strawberries for crunch.
  • If using chia seeds, evenly distribute them over the mixture.
  • Add any additional toppings or garnishes you prefer, such as fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately or store for later.
