  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt for a creamy base and added flavor
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or substitute with honey or sugar for sweetness
  • 1 (10-12oz) package frozen strawberries for a refreshing fruit flavor

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients to streamline the blending process.
  • Pour the milk into the blender, followed by the vanilla yogurt, maple syrup, and frozen strawberries.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute. If too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again.
