Instructions
Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally without cutting all the way through.
Season the outside of the chicken with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan, feta, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix until well blended.
Stuff the chicken breasts with the cheese mixture, being careful not to overstuff.
Secure the stuffed chicken with toothpicks to keep the filling intact.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the stuffed chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the skillet and let rest before serving.
