Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, stir together granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and oil until smooth.
Add self-rising flour and vanilla extract, stirring gently until combined; batter may be slightly lumpy.
Fold in chopped pecans, ensuring even distribution.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
