Ingredients
  

For the glaze

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, rice vinegar, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth.
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
  • Pour the sweet and spicy glaze over the cauliflower, ensuring every piece is well coated.
  • Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Flip the florets halfway through to ensure they crisp up evenly.
  • Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and serve warm.
