  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, mix together the Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Once the chicken is cooked thoroughly and tender, shred it with two forks inside the slow cooker, stirring it into the sauce.
  • Let it simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes to absorb more flavor before serving.
