Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, and rice vinegar. Stir until well-blended.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly with the marinade. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • For air frying, place wings in a single layer in the basket and cook for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • For baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings, ensuring space between them. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once wings are golden brown and cooked through, remove from air fryer or oven and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
