Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients listed above.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey with breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, soy sauce, minced garlic, and egg. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
  • Mix thoroughly using your hands until everything is evenly combined, resulting in a sticky but moldable mixture.
  • Shape the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs, aiming for uniform sizes for even cooking.

Cooking

  • Place the formed meatballs in your Crockpot, arranging them in a single layer without overcrowding.
  • Pour the sweet chili sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are covered completely.
  • Close the lid of your Crockpot and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Serving

  • Once cooked, use tongs to remove meatballs from the Crockpot and serve warm.
