Swiss Cheese

Sliced Mushrooms
fresh and firm

for grilling

Mayonnaise or Garlic Aioli

Instructions
Prep your bread by slicing it if it isn’t pre-sliced.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Add ground beef to the skillet with the mushrooms. Break it apart with a spatula and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
Spread mayonnaise or garlic aioli on one side of each slice of bread. Place Swiss cheese on each slice.
Add a generous layer of the mushroom and beef mixture on top of the cheese, then top with another slice of cheese.
Top with another slice of bread and spread butter on the outside.
Grill the sandwiches in the same skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet, slice diagonally, and serve immediately.
